Philippe Coutinho is very close to moving to Chelsea, as a player on loan from Barcelona. For the Brazilian star, this would mean returning to the place where he enjoyed the golden years of his career.
Coutinho is eager to return to the Premier League, where he enjoyed the most vital form, joining Chelsea, according to the Catalan Sport medium.
Barcelona’s main priority this summer is to sell players. Coutinho, currently on loan at Bayern Munich, is among the first on the sales list.
According to Sport, since the German giant is not ready to take the opportunity to buy the Brazilian, his managers are talking to Chelsea.
The London Blues initially want Coutinho on loan, but Barcelona are pushing for Chelsea to sign him at the end of the deal.
Barca are asking for 90 million euros, 70 million less than they bought him from Liverpool. But its price could fall even further.
