UEFA is having difficulty finding space on the calendar for the qualifying round in Champions League and Europa League.
The pandemic has ruined every account and plan for UEFA.
The British media “The Times” writes that the European football house is considering removing the qualifications for the Champions League and the Europa League.
It remains to be seen how and when this phase can take place.
The new season of European competitions is scheduled to start in October.
And, as the current Europa League Champions League season is not over yet. Suspicions have been raised to find a space for the elimination phase of the 2020/2021 season.
It will all depend on whether the current season of these two tournaments can be closed in August.
