Independiente coach Lucas Pusineri hopes Manchester City star Sergio Aguero will one day return to the Argentine club.
Sergio Aguero was raised as a player in the Independiente young age group, before joining Atletico Madrid in 2006 and before moving to Manchester City five years later.
His former team-mate at Independiente, Pusinieri, is now coach of the Argentine club and has made clear his desire for Aguero and AC Milan midfielder Lucas Biglia to return to their old club.
“I have a beautiful relationship with Sergio Aguero and Lucas Biglian. We were partners and I have a lot of respect for the trajectories they have taken with Argentina and also in Europe, “Pusinieri said.
“Of course it would be nice to have them here tomorrow. In the future, I hope I can count on them. ”
In an earlier interview, Aguero had admitted that he wanted to return to Independiente, although his contract with Manchester City lasts until 2021.
